1:00 - Ex crossfitter. I’ve been weight lifting with my husband for 2 weeks now. He’s impressed with the amount of weight I can lift. Quite frankly so am I. I feel great, however, I don’t feel lean anymore. I just feel kind of bulky, bloated, sore, and honestly kind of fat. Is this normal? I eat 1700 calories and track my macros via my fitness pal. I just don’t want to feel “thick” forever.
