(11:15) - I have a 50 year old female client that has been chronically dieting and doing intermittent fasting for years. Her goal is to get more lean and lose inches, gain energy, and have a better routine. I want to start her on a reverse diet, but she is saying the calories are too high and she can’t get them all in in a day due to intermittent fasting. I would like her to eat breakfast and then eat every 3-4 hours for consistent energy balance. However she says every time she eats breaks fast, no matter what it is, eggs, Greek yogurt, she feels sluggish and her eyes get heavy. Could I please get some guidance and insight into this please?
(27:00) - I was just listening to your 5 alarming issues inside coaching episode, totally agree with you on the slimy DM tactics. One company in particular that I will not name is huge on this and I’ve wasted money on their “business coaching.” How does your team of coaches go about getting clients if they are not constantly DMing clients?
(38:30) - I have a bulging disc in my lower back and neck and spinal stenosis in the middle of my back along with shoulder pain. I’m a 55yr old female and feel like I can lift heavier than I am but when I do this at times I end up pissing off my back and shoulder. I do need to lose 50#s so this doesn’t help the constant stress on my back. How can I put on some muscle and work around all my issues? Do I slowly increase weight as my body gets used to the weight and it’s no longer making me hurt?
