35:25 - I am looking at moving to my own business, I currently am working at a franchise so am not able to take any clients with me when I leave. What are the staple things you suggest before starting a business in personal training by yourself? For both online and in person transition, what would you say the staples are and how to find a relatively small space to be my gym base at the moment as I start? How to build a blog website as well, do I just buy a website? How did you go about starting your own solo venture in personal training?
45:00 - I have a client who has PCOS & she came to me only eating 1,200 calories (like actually) & not losing weight (she was skinny fat). I increased her calories over the past 6-9 months to a little over 2,000 calories & she gained ~ 10 lbs (from 160 to 170 lbs), quite a bit of muscle, but also some body fat. In the past couple months, I have started lowering her calories into a deficit & we’re currently at 1,500-1,600, but she is not losing any fat in her weight, pictures, or measurements. She doesn’t have time to increase her steps or movement, so I feel like the only way to go is to increase her calories again, but she is already feeling ‘heavy’. Any ideas of how to get her body to respond to fat loss?
51:30 - Arnold press. Recently a lot of people are saying it’s junk… is it not worth it ? What are your staple shoulder movements? And what are your thoughts on the scrape press?
