10:15 - Best books on mindset? And why? What did that book (or books) teach you that was so profound?

22:15 - How do you find your new maintenance calories when changing your training style? Say, coming from marathon training to training for hypertrophy? Obviously energy expenditure is lower, so how do we find a new maintenance calorie level?

29:20 -     I am a 5’6, 135lb  female and have been working out with weights for about 3 years. 6 days on and 1 day off. My macros have varied over that time... I would go from tracking religiously at 140 protein, 160 carbs, and 50 fats, to not tracking as closely but also not binging, as I’m pretty smart about my food choices. However even at my leanest I still did not have the six pack abs I want. I could see ribs and hip bones but not defined abs at 122lbs. I will be 50 in three months and of course have a big trip planned. Is this something that is obtainable at this time frame? Are there any bits of advice that you can offer to achieve this goal?
