I want to be a strong ass weapon but also look it! I am looking to restructure my training split and block periodisation. I like to train X5 days per week. Would it be better to have a weekly structure of X2 strength days, X3 hypertrophy days (for example); or one block focus on hypertrophy and the next block focus on strength? Are the benefits/negatives of the different structures? Does it matter?
