Her goal is to get more lean and lose inches, gain energy, and have a better routine. I want to start her on a reverse diet, but she is saying the calories are too high and she can’t get them all in in a day due to intermittent fasting. I would like her to eat breakfast and then eat every 3-4 hours for consistent energy balance. However she says every time she eats breaks fast, no matter what it is, eggs, Greek yogurt, she feels sluggish and her eyes get heavy. Could I please get some guidance and insight into this please?(27:00) - I was just listening to your 5 alarming issues inside coaching episode, totally agree with you on the slimy DM tactics. One company in particular that I will not name is huge on this and I’ve wasted money on their “business coaching.” How does your team of coaches go about getting clients if they are not constantly DMing clients?(38:30) - I have a bulging disc in my lower back and neck and spinal stenosis in the middle of my back along with shoulder pain. I’m a 55yr old female and feel like I can lift heavier than I am but when I do this at times I end up pissing off my back and shoulder. I do need to lose 50#s so this doesn’t help the constant stress on my back. How can I put on some muscle and work around all my issues? Do I slowly increase weight as my body gets used to the weight and it’s no longer making me hurt?—-Social Links:Blog – http://www.tailoredcoachingmethod.com/blogFacebook - https://www.facebook.com/tailoredcoachingmethodInstagram -https://www.instagram.com/codymcbroomYouTube - https://www.youtube.com/

I didn’t realize companies delete the calories from fiber.. even though studies now show we do digest them.(6:50) - 52 year old female been active in weight lifting and fitness for 30 years. I am not good at resting between sets so like to super set. Currently super setting push day with quad exercises and pull day with hams and glutes. I take a day between push and pull day and just do LISS. Usually take 1 full rest day per week. Is this too much, should I be resting between sets rather than super setting?(16:30) - Love the podcast Cody and Travis! Thanks for always answering questions and not being rude when answering back to questions like some fitness professionals can be as if they are annoyed. When doing a 4 day split (lower, back/bis, lower, chest/shoulder/tris) — how many sets for both back and biceps would be best for muscle growth? Same with chest/shoulders/triceps.(31:15) - Just getting my husband into calorie tracking…finally! We have a wedding coming up and he wants to know what is the best alcohol choice for weight loss! (He normally drinks brandy and coke). Is it better to enjoy the brandy and a low calorie soda or rather switch to whiskey? He wants to enjoy a few drinks, but is keen to keep it calorie controlled! Or do you think it's important for each day to be more consistent around maintenance to reverse some of the metabolic adaptations and cycling calories (so having some days in deficit too) could have a detrimental effect especially when it comes to normalizing the hormones levels.(19:00) - I am currently working with a coach for the 2nd time for a small deficit (to lose 5-7 pounds) and i’ve lost my menstrual cycle 2 weeks in. Is this normal or dangerous?(28:15) - Within the last decade, what do you think is the most significant scientific discovery for health/fitness?(33:20) - I was an in person trainer for a few years and have now stepped into the online space. In general most people are really responsive to form checks and take cues via video feedback really well but I have a couple clients who really seem to struggle with form on some exercises, even after many different tips/cues/different angles, etc. my question is, do you ever find it necessary to have clients find an in person trainer for a few sessions so that they can get some hands on assistance?—-Extra Content For You: How We Coach: Client Case Study ArticleTop 4 Podcast Episodes:- Nutritional Periodization- Nutrition FAQ- Training FAQ-
